7. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

Students must not:

Students may not:

  • Record lessons without permission.

  • Copy course content.

  • Upload course materials to public websites.

  • Sell or redistribute Academy content.

  • Claim Academy material as their own.

Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Certificates

Certificates of Completion may be awarded where applicable.

Issuing a certificate does not guarantee professional qualification, employment, or accreditation unless specifically stated.

Certificates remain the property of Lighthouse Music Academy and may be revoked if issued fraudulently.

10. Payments

Where tuition fees apply:

  • Payment terms will be communicated during enrolment.

  • Access to courses may be withheld until payment is received.

  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of course access.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Academy's separate Refund Policy.

By enrolling, students acknowledge that they have read and accepted the applicable Refund Policy.

12. Attendance

For live lessons, students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually.

Where lessons are missed:

  • Makeup lessons are not guaranteed.

  • Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

  • Continued absenteeism may affect course progression.

13. Student Conduct

Lighthouse Music Academy is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.

Behaviour that may result in disciplinary action includes:

  • Bullying

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behaviour

  • Offensive language

  • Academic dishonesty

  • Disruption of classes

  • Abuse of instructors or staff

  • Misuse of Academy systems

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove students who engage in unacceptable conduct.

14. Website Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the website or learning platform will always be available.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Technical issues

15. Limitation of Liability
